How long does delivery take?
Preparation normally takes 3–5 business days. Transport normally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 10–17 business days from payment confirmation, with a maximum of 20 business days except for exceptional issues we communicate. See the Shipping Policy and checkout.
How do I choose a size or personalization?
Compare measurements in the size guide on each product page. Where offered, select personalization and check the name and number before adding your jersey to the cart.
Can I change or return my order?
Email soporte@olejerseys.com within one business day of purchase for changes to size or personalization; we cannot guarantee changes once preparation has started. For returns after delivery, see the Refund Policy. Personalized items have specific exceptions; your rights for defective or incorrect items remain unaffected.
How do I track my order?
Open Track your order and enter your order number and the email or phone used at checkout. We email a shipping confirmation after dispatch.
Ordered from Olé Jerseys or Olé Sports?
Both stores are operated by Ole Sports Group LLC. Your order stays with the store where you placed it.
