Size or personalization changes
If you need to request a size or personalization change, email soporte@olejerseys.com within 1 business day of placing your order. Include your order number and the change requested.
After this deadline, we cannot guarantee changes because your order may enter preparation.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
