How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How does sizing work?
Our jerseys follow standard international sizing (S–4XL for adults, numeric sizes for kids). Check the size guide on each product page.
Can I change the size or personalization?
Yes, provided you email soporte@olejerseys.com within 1 business day of placing your order. Include your order number and the change requested. After this deadline, we cannot guarantee changes because your order may enter preparation.
Can I personalize my jersey?
Many jerseys include the Personalization option to add a name and number. Select "Personalization: Yes" on the product page before adding to cart.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
